Rhonda Hayes discusses how to be a patient advocate when caring for a loved one with a terminal illness or who has a long-term hospital stay.

Hayes is currently writing a memoir, Meet My Daughter, about her dying daughter's last wish that her recently widowed mother will find love again. Her story, "Meant to Be Together," was published in the November 2011 issue of Guideposts Magazine and was selected as on of the Top 10 Most Inspirational Stories of 2011.
