Chris Reeske, veteran quilting teacher, uses everyday logos, signs and packaging to demonstrate how easy it is to choose colors for quilts.

Chris was a librarian for over 40 years and has been a quilter for more than 50 years.  When she was 10 years old, her grandmother 'allowed as how she might be old enough to tie a quilt' and she has not stopped since. She has taught quilt making for the Laguna Beach Unified School District and for the City of Escondido Recreation Department and has made a number of quilts for Escondido Public Library. She finds planning and making quilts is meditative and very satisfying and loves talking about them on her blog and website.
